T1D EXCHANGE REGISTRY

T1D Exchange promotes collaboration among patients, doctors, and clinics to fight type 1 diabetes with quality data. Patients can join their registry and share their experiences by filling an online form. Pixls helped modernize their registry experience.

We improved the form's usability to enhance trust and assistance, making it more accessible to all users.

We made the progression clearer with a stepper and preview of questions. We enhanced call and chat buttons and added a "Why panel".

We added confirmation screens and the ability for users to review and change their previous answers, allowing them to fill out the form at their own pace and improve data quality for T1D.
